The joint declaration of the Nationally Persecuted Nations Front for Self Determination( Iran), Canada, Sep.2006

          We, the shared organizations in the conference  of Sep.2006,Torento(Canada) for continuing the last conversations (conference of Denmark, Sweden, Specially the conference of London and conference of Berlin) ,And finding the solution to reach our liberation, human and natural right, then we have met and advertise that the result of our meeting is as fellow:

                 1-The country which is called Iran today, is a country that was established in the special position of 20th century by occupation of the other nations' lands or by deprivation against the neighbor nations by the Fares (Persian) nation in 80 years ago, then this country has been established by the chauvinism and reactionary policies and has caused the deprivations cruelty against the other nations (South Azerbaijani Turks, Kurds, Balouch, Ahwazi Arabs, Turkmen and ...,..) from their primary humanity and national rights, For the non-Fars (non-Persian) nations Iran looks like a big jail that any human is deprived from any humanity right there.

                  2-Accourding to this fact that gathering those different nations has been happened just by force and was with deprivation and cruelty against those nations about their human rights, then this non-democratic and non-humanity appearance is against all of the international pacts and international human rights declarations, then the existence of the Iranian forces and their institutes in the deprived nations' lands is unlawful and is counted as occupation.

                  3-We believe that in Iran the only way for liberation to be reached is through coordination and being conformed to the international pacts about human rights and the right of determining the destiny that can be reached through a free and democratic election and without any influence from outside to advertise their political future position, Then if they want to be independent or gathered (union) in a country to be controlled by non-central system like federalism or con-federalism.

                4-The Fars chauvinism mental current not only in the past but also at the present regimes with appearance of Islamic Republic as a chauvinism organization not only inside the government but also outside of the government is the principal reason for retardation, discrimination, unjust in the different fields of policy, social, economy and nationality, culture and is the principal reason for general massacre physically, psychologically, national destruction in the different areas of the deprived nations' lands.

                5-The right of determination for destiny and political forms raised from that according to the human rights and international pacts should be on basis of elections in the nations lands for the voluntary union in the present country of Iran or out of that like the forms of independent, federation, on-federation or any other common agreed system, or advertisement of independence of them is counted as the right of natural and lawful of the nations existed under the present Iran and the democratic alternative should be instead of the governor chauvinism dictatorship and rejection of nations' identity.

                6-In the meantime the challenging of deprived nations in all over the different areas of the nations is their natural rights(nations of Turks of Azerbaijan, Turks of Kashkaie, Turks of Khorasan and Kurds in different areas of Kurdistan, Balouch in all of Baluchistan areas, Arab nation in Al-Ahwaz(Arabistan), Turkmen nation in their natural areas, then the political general movement in Iran for distraction of the present regime is supported by us and we count that as the first step for development of our nations purposes.

               7-The racism and over reactionary appearance of  directed purify, trying for transferring and changing the structure of nations, exiling the non-Fars from their areas by force then settlement of Fars and non-Fars instead of them as what is happening in Al-Ahwaz(Arabistan), Baluchistan, Turkmen Sahara, west Azerbaijan and the other deprived nations' areas and also building the Fars towns in the non-Fars lands in condemned and is counted as ominous plot for destruction of national identities of the nations that residented in Iran, then the responsibility of the results of like that calamity is directed to the present governor regime of Iran.

               8-Establishment of twofold unions or natural unions or polyfolds of cooperation and union of democratic and challenger organizations' actions of deprived nations and also with the other developed organizations that confess the rights of determining of destiny for nations completely is counted as an important subject in the political existence in future.

               9-We ask the United Nations to interfere and force Iran to perform its undertakings as a member of that organization in the field of human right and also to compare the international pacts about the right of economy, social, culture, fem of 16.12.1966 and fem of supplemental of that organization when Iran is one of those countries which signed that.

                10-The deprived nations, during the last years specially from 2000 till publishment of this advertisement through wide popular challenging and demonstrations in Al-Ahwaz, Kurdistan, South Azerbaijan, Baluchistan, Turkmen Sahara have proved that they are the most important, strong and dangerous forces against the Islamic Republic that can destroy this regime.

                 11-10.December, the international human rights day as it was fem of political organizations in Berlin is advertised as the day of challenging of the nationality deprived nations in Iran, then every year in like this date accompanying with strikes and protests in the country is going to be performed and also by meeting and demonstrations beside the representatives of the Islamic Republic in abroad we are ask to end the cultural-national colonization against the nations in Iran.

                 12-We ask for freedom of all of the political and belief prisons from the Islamic Republic jails at soon, and we condemn by strongly worded the anti-human policies of the Iranian government against the Fars nation specially the women and the religiously minorities.

                  13-We severely condemn the interference of the regime in the neighbor countries and assistance of the regime for the terrorism groups.

                   14-Although peaceful using of atomic energy is a certain right of the universal nationals but the reactionary Iranian regime's purposes of national superiority in the area is clear and we are beside and with the international peace-seekers to condemn the Islamic Republic regime's intentions and we advertise that any secret agreement with the regime to cause the Iranian anti-democracy regime to gain access to the atomic deathful weapons or any other deathful weapon is condemned.

15- The Nations Front Condemns execution, stoning and any persecution and racism against non-Persian Nations, women and religions. 

16- While we extend our sincere thanks to Canadian people & government for their support for human and nations rights in Iran, we expect continuation of this support in future in the United Nation and all International organizations.
