Mr. Koufi Annan, General Secretary                                   26September 2003

The United Nations – New York

Dear Sir

As we have mentioned in two of our previous reports to the UN organization, Arabs and more than 4 other main ethnic groups living in Iran side by side with the Persian main group in Iran.

Dear Sir, all the not Persian ethnic groups are suffering from the racism of Iranian fandamantalist – racist regime but what Arab People (over 4.5 million) are facing is more than any other groups because of the nature of the southern Arabic area (Al-Ahwaz) and because of the worth we have in Al-Ahwaz (the petrol in Southern province of Khouzistan).

Our people are deprived of all their human rights even their mother tongue to speak with and the Arabic names they choose for their newborn babies and many more. Their agricultural lands taken, the water of main rivers exported and transferred to other provinces, forced to leave their homeland as refugee and pushed to be moved to other Persian provinces because they are not able to find any job in their homeland and many more deprives.

Dear sir, because of the pressure of Iranian regime and Persian racist groups, today many Arab people have lost faith in a peaceful solutions and pushed to believe that blood must flow before the human rights organisations and the world acknowledge what non Persian people are suffering in Iran, and this is what no one wants to see.

The regime and other Persian chauvinist groups consider themselves as master and governor race in Iran and treat other ethnic groups as second – class beings and humiliate them.  The Arab people are facing The Iranian regime and the entire racist Persian groups racism in Iran and outside Iran where our people live as refugee.

Dear Sir, the last course of anti Ahazi Arab action of Iranian regime is going on now against the Ahwazi Arab families in Iraq who pushed to flee since Bloody Wednesday of Almohammara (Khorramshahr) where Iranian new regime killed and inured more than 800 people in that town in 1979, three months after the change of the regime.  The Ahwazi people in Iraq have been impartialed of their houses, cars, and all their belongings by Iranian supporters in Iraq specially the Persian racist Iraqis of Majles Al-Ala Lelthawra Al-Eslamiyeh of Alhakim, and its militant groups named Ghowat Badr.

The Arab people, kids, females, elderly people and all other groups who are not involved in any political or military activities against the Iranian regime are not allowed to come back to their own home and homeland because some of them have a member of the family involved in the political activities or are members of political organizations.

The Iranian regime call them BEDOON which means they have no enough documents to show that they are Iranian but the truth is that all their families are in their homeland and most of them holding Iranian birth certificates and other documents to confirm that they born and lived in Al-Ahwaz but crossed the border recently to join their father or husband or other relatives who can not come back to his homeland.

Dear sir, today The Ahwazi refugee in the United Kingdom have had a demonstration outside the Iranian regime embassy in London and sending this report to you sir from London asking you and the human right and UNHCR organizations to help and support our people in Al-Ahwaz in their peaceful struggle for their human rights and to support our refugees in Iraq to come back to their homeland Al-Ahwaz. We believe with your support you will stop a bloody ethnic struggle in future in Iran where more than 65% of population are Azerbaijani, Kurds, Baluch, Turkmen, Arab and many more ethnic and religion small groups. We ask again to support our democratic fight against the Tyranny.
